Definitely a great head start for yoga. It's awesome how you can blend in with others that have been practicing yoga for years, just using this book. It's explained using a lot of knowledge and that's what makes it so simple and so different from the others. Beginners really need to look at this if they want to start in the right way.

A nice introduction to Yoga for beginners like me. I really enjoyed the history of yoga at the beginning of the book as that was not something I was particularly well versed in. I also really enjoyed how the author discussed gratitude and its importance as I do believe in that as well. Overall a great beginners guide that will get you started on the right foot.
